I just picked up the hunt myself- I'm Minnie's sister's (Bertha's) granddaughter. Bertha died when my mom was 12, so she doesn't have much to go on, but she does confirm the Seicrest name and the Cherokee connection. My mom said Minnie and Bertha walked the Trail of Tears. Bertha later married George Glass and had a second marriage to Ira Pence (my mom's line). Anything anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
