It's alway nice to get a response. I am a descendent of Lela Evelyn Sechrist, she was the youngest child of Julius Lindsey Sechrist and Rhoda Ann Beaver. She was born after they moved to Texas. Lela Evelyn married Lee Roy Swanner and they had six children, Roy Delton who died as an infant, Jacob who died as a teenager of a brain tumor, and Lorene who passed away in the late 70's, three are still living, one of them is my grandmother, who lives in Stephenville, she celebrated her 90th birthday last November. She has been able to tell me quite a bit about the family. I'm still new to genealogy and passing information along via the internet. But e-mail me and maybe I can give you some further information.
