Hello Jackie,
it seems that Sebesta's family represents such a small mafia :-)) group in Texas.
You wrote that your roots are in Moravia (Zadverice village). My own line comes also from Moravia territory region known as Wallachia (very Eastern part of Moravia, almost border with Slovakia). The village is called OZNICE. Jackie, if you by the chance have knoledge about some Sebesta coming from that region, please let me know.
