In the name of God Amen.I Benjamin Sebastian Senior of the county of Fairfax, Attorney at Law being of sound and disposing mind and amenory do this 13 day of September in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred seventy make Constitute and ordain Re- following my last will and testiment
I give and divise unto my dear wife Pricilla Sebastian for and during her life all that my tract or parcel of land where on I now live situated in the County aforsaid known by the name of Montpelier as also the use of the following slaves during her life. Viz.Nam Casar, Esther and her child Cary.
Amen I give and bequeath after my said wifes death the tract of land called Montpelier unto my two daughters Elizabeth and Bethelem Sebastian and heirs forever to be equally divided between them and their heirs.
Amen I do will and divice that my tract of land lying in the County of Loudoun containing three hundred and fifty acres more or less shall be sold in fee simple by my friend Thomas Lewis and John Noja of the same county for the payment of my just debts whom I constitute and affrain my Exers for that purpose and for all other matters and things concerning or respection my in the said County of Loudoun.
Amen I do will and devise that my tract of land lying in Fairfax County containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less which I purchased of Blanch Duncan and Lettice his wife shall be sold in fee simple for the payments of my just debts by my friends Thomas Wren and William Wren whom I contitute and appoint my Exers for that purpose and of all other matters and things concerning or respection me every where except in the said
County of Loudoun.In Testimony where of I have herunto set my hand and seal the day and year fixed above written.
