I don't recall my grandmother looking particularly Spanish. When I asked my grandmother on my father's side what nationality I was, she said: Scott, English, Irish and Dutch.Whether this was true or not I don't know.I know on my father's side is Irish. If you would notice- Charles Sebastian married an Adamson therefore my father and mother were 3rd Cousins and I'm there 4th cousin. It was a joke in the family and now since I've been doing some geneology, I have found that my husband is my fourth cousin. How ironic.
I lived through the age of 14 in Washington, D. C., my grandmother Maude living in Georgetown on Que Street. My family then moved to Chevy Chase, Md, then Bethesda, Md.When I married I moved to Arlington, Va., then to Fairfax, Va, and now Leesburg, Va. for the past 30 years.
If it is possible, could you send me your Screen name so that I might write you by e-mail.Mine is [email protected].
