Okay I should clarify that they cannot really prove the French connection to the Seay name, Mostly thru oral family tradition. I know my grandmother who was a Seay always told me we were French on her side of the family and while there was a mention somewhere over there about Seay or whatever we have yet to come up with any real documentation...This family is sometimes confusing :)
