Hi Justin, the other gentleman is correct Sandy Seay has done a ton of research on the Seay family but not all Seay's are Irish. DNA testing has proven that my Seay family is not connected to Sandy's who is Irish. We believe with some doc. that my Seay ancestry is from France there are also English Seay's. There is a DNA project that has a link on the forum somewhere which can help you establish just who you are connected to and it will be easier for you being a man. My family is from Virginia very early 1700' is a good place to start as is Heritage Quest (which is usually free thru your library membership worth it to go get a card) and the site. Good luck on your hunt!
