I have an Ancestry of the family, that my aunt found in the Detroit library several years ago. It is well researched and if you would like a copy, send me your snail mail address and I'll send you one. The title is "The Ancestry of Elisha Porter SEAVEY 1838-1913" By James T.M. Seavey The research goes well into the past to Stokeinteignhead, Devon, England where the family originally came to America from. (That's a bad sentince, sorry).
