Came across your web posting seeking information on Asa Seaver. Asa was the son
of Samuel Seaver and Sarah Cutter. Samuel Seaver was the son of Robert Seaver
and Eunice Rayment (or Raymond). Robert was the son of Joseph Seaver & Mary
Reed. This particular Seaver line can be traced back to the early 1600's in America.

Asa and Abigail Lewis married and had at least 12 children. These children included
Orin Dimmock, Abigail, Sarah Lavina, Maria Catherine, Olive, Samuel Ransom,
Valeria, Lemuel, George, Hiram, Mary, and William.

I don't know much about Abigail other than she married Loyal Lee. She and her
husband took in both of her parents (Abigail Lewis Seaver is shown living with the
Lee's in the 1880 census).

My wife's genealogy line includes Abigail's sister, Sarah Lavina. I have a photograph
of Sarah and her family (probably needs a re-touch), if interested.

Please forward any info you might have on this family, as I am trying to find out as
much as I can. For example, I do not know the parents of Abigail Lewis (wife of
Asa), although I show her hailing from Crittenden, Vermont.

Most of the family is buried in or around Parishville, St. Lawrence County, New
York. Hillcrest cemetary is one place you might try.
