I am just starting to use the internet to search for Seaver genealogy. I am also a decendant of Robert (1608-1683) and Shubael (1639-1729) and Joseph ( 01 June,1672-1754)and then from Nathaniel (b. 1709 Sudbury, Mass. d. 1777, Petersham, Mass.) and 2nd wife Judith Treadway (b. ??Farmingham, Ma. d. 1818Windsor Co., Norwich, VT). Nathaniel had Calvin (b. 1758 d. 1840 Norwich VT). Calvin had Aaron (b. 1793 Norwich VT d. 1857 Grand Blanc, MI). Aaron had Charles Edward (b. 1831 East Avon, NY- d.1867). Charles had Oscar L. Seaver (b. Grand Blanc, MI.-d. 1906 Freeland, MI.). Oscar had Warren E. Seaver (1882 Gr. Blanc, MI- d. 1945 Saginaw, MI.) Warren had Leroy Oscar Seaver (b. 17 Jan 1911 d. 13 May 1997 Midland, MI) LeRoy had Wayman Dale Seaver (my dad) (b. 04 Aug 1933 not deceased) and Dale had me, Bonita Dale Seaver on 29 Nov. 1955.
My dad researched our history by hand by driving to Massachusetts and digging thru courthouse records and cemeteries. He has tons of info and would probably like to hear from you. I would like to only verify my information (gotten in condensed form from him) and offer you any info I might have that would help you. My father has much more than I do, he has taken pictures of gravestones etc. And even talked to decendants out there, this was back in 1970. You can contact me directly at email@example.com (my father is not on the internet yet)I have also started a brief web page but can't remember how I got to it!! I am able to supply you with gravestone pictures of Warren and his wife Lena Julia Whitman, and of LeRoy Oscar Seaver if you desire. These are my closer grandparents and are buried here in Freeland Michigan. I myself now live in Munger Michigan.
Sincerely Bonita (Seaver) Rankey
