I am very interested in the information you have on this John Seamster in England in 1690. We have not been able to trace the Seamsters across the water. Essex County Virginia 1706 is the earliest record I have seen which seems to be related to us. My sister has a lot of information concerning descendants of John and Sallie (Weaver) Seamster, but we're interested in learning of more of those, also. I would love for you to e-mail me at and exchange any information we might have.
Thanks for your postings.
Betty (Seamster) Thompson
