Samuel Sealy, Jr. is a son of Samuel Sealy, who is a son of old John Sealy, all of Chester Co, SC. Samuel, Jr. migrated from Chester Co about 1828-1829 with his brother Garret, sister Winna Burnet, and mother, Sarah. They first stopped in Jones Co, GA then moved on to Talbot Co, GA until about 1846. From there Samuel, Jr. migrated to Coosa Co, AL and Garret and Winna B. moved to Tuscaloosa Co. Their mother Sarah very likely died in Talbot Co. Information I have shows his son was John M. Sealy - the James could have been injected over the years, and the M could very well be Morris.

Do you have any information that indicates Samuel, Jr. went to Bibb Co, GA or when he died? I've not been able to follow him after about 1853 in Coosa Co.
Thanks
