Is My Segriff a Seagraves

Hi
My Great Grandfather was a James Segriff b.1869 in Durham, England. His Parents and Siblings were born in Ireland so i asked a Look-Up to check for Segriff's in Ireland on the Griffiths Valuation, which he kindly did and found only 1 Segriff, a William residing in Dublin. My next step is too check out the Church Records in the area, but i was just wondering if anybody has linked the Segriff name before with Seagraves?
