Parchment : 4 sheets 23cm x 29cm with 3 wax seals and duty stamps. Includes a second Indenture of Reconveyance of 1886 written on a spare page.

Jane Cotton is borrowing 200 from Arthur Hardy and John Seager on the security of a parcel of land in Tunstall in the parish of Wolstanton, Staffordshire on the South side of Bank Street with 3 dwelling houses and a shop numbered 27, 29 and 31 Bank Street.
