I am still looking for Seagers from Tobago. We now know that Margaret (Margrett) as she calls herself on the 1881 census, was living at that time with her daughter Eliza Sykes and husband Charles Daniel Sykes and two sons. Also Margrett had a son named John Hoard aged 31 who was also living in the East End of London with the Sykes family! Living two houses from them was another Seager family they owned a 'Beerhouse' - Ann Seager formerly 'Box' from Sussex was a widow and had three or four young children one son named George after father (deceased) and another named Charles also maybe another son and a daughter, names as yat unknown. I know that George's father was not alive by 1870 he was Ebenezer Seager. I don't yet know where Ebenezer was born but it is quite likely that he was a relative of the Seagers who I know to be my descendents. Ebenezer was not such a common name even in the 1800's so if you have any descendents of the same name perhaps you can contact me. Lydia Wheeler.
