Hello my name is David Seabrook.I was surfing around and came across your message and thought I would drop a line.My grandfather moved to Iowa, USA quite some time ago from Canada, near Alberta I think. His name is John Allen Seabrook, and he wrote a book on the history of our family called The Seabrook Saga. It talks about ancestors dating back to 1797 and where we came from.If this is some of your history you might be interested to know that the Seabrook name came from a man named Anthony Seabrook 1797-1882.He was born in Wexford Ireland, by the brook which empties into the sea, hence the name Seabrook.Anthony and his wife Mary Ellard Seabrook 1802-1870, emigrated to Canada in 1842 with their eight children.
Christine, if you think we may be from the same family and are more interested let me know.
