Just because there is a Seabrook Coat of Arms, does not mean any Seabrook can bear it. You have to be the descendant of the first son, of the first son...., of the original person who was given the Coat of Arms. There can be many different coat of Arms for one Family. For example if the Collage of Arms granted me a Coat of Arms, it would not be the same Arms as another Seabrook would get if they had been granted them also.
