Looking for information on WESLEY BEST, born about 1919. Family from Fedora, North Dakota or South Dakota? He graduated High School in 1937? from Silverton, Marion County, Oregon. May have joined the service in about 1941, possibly served in Austrailia during the war. Had a sister named Madeline. Found entry on the SSDI, but not sure if this is him. Date of birth would be about right, says he died 20 July, 1989, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota. His SSN was issued in Oregon. Can anyone tell me how to locate an obituary for Rapid City? Thank you.
