Sioux Valley Genealogical Society's "Grave Records of Minnehaha County Cemeteries," 1982, has Cemetery 54, West Nidaros, Crooks, SD, Lyons Twp., Sec. 26. Also Cem. 55, West Pioneer Nidaros, Baltic, SD, Sverdrup Twp., 20.

It lists these in West Nidaros, Lyons Twp., near Crooks, WILLIAMSON

Ida (26 May 1876 - 16 Feb. 1956)
Inger A. (9 Jan. 1835 - 30 Apr. 1914)
Johannes Hendrick (15 July 1847 - 3 July 1933)
John Oien (19 Oct. 1860 - 4 Apr. 1942)
Josefine H. (20 Apr. 1906 - 25 Apr. 1906)
Julia Berthine (26 Sep. 1868 - 2 Feb. 1951)
Waldemar O. (12 May 1900 - 31 Dec. 1961)
Wilhelm (6 Apr. 1878 - 3 Dec. 1933).

BLM GLO Records (online) land patents, John H. WILLIAMSON, Minnehaha Co., Twp 104 - 50, 35 NE, & 104 - 50, 25 SW, 1884 & 1887. My map is not numbered, but that looks like Burk Twp., west of Baltic. Baltic is in Dell Rapids Twp.

SD Births (online):
WILLIAMSON, Wilhelm, b. 6 Apr. 1878, Minnehaha Co., s/o John H. WILLIAMSON & Inga Anna ROLLSON.
WILLIAMSON, Waldermar O., b. 12 May 1900, & Inga Radine, b. 13 Dec. 1901, ch/o Wilhelm WILLIAMSON & Ida RINERS.

FamilySearch database of the 1880 Census, Twp. 104, Minnehaha, Dakota, all but the youngest b. Norway: WILLIAMSON, John, 32, farmer; wf. Anna, 45; ch.: John, 17, Julia, 11; William, 2. Brother Loren WILLIAMSON, 35.

Do you know the name of the county (Fylke / Amt) where they lived in Norway? I went to Digitalarkivet (online), but I couldn't find the location. I found Aanaes, and Maihaugen, but that was as close as I got. I'm also puzzled by the name Stedson, for John Oien. I think that means stepson.

Good Luck!
