The only land patent for Miner Co. was for a Henry SHOEMAKER, 1884, Twp. 106-55, Sec. 3 SW (I think that's Clearwater Twp., west of Winfred.)

SSDI shows Zeola SHUMAKER (20 Feb. 1916 - May 1975, Ft. Worth, TX). If you think that could be the right one, you could try to get the death certificate and obituary. There are also Mary KIMBALL (3 Jan. 1908 - 29 Jan. 1998, Truth or Conseq., NM) & George KIMBALL (31 Aug. 1903 - Aug. 1986, Albuquerque). However, these two names are more common, so they would need to be checked further to determine if they are the right ones.
