I found a marriage license for Mary Wayatt to Gus L. Vopalensky in 12/1/1932. They were married in Butte Nebraska. This family settled in Bonesteel area, where I believe she was a teacher. My grandfather was Guss, and we were surprised about this marriage - thus would like to find out more. Guss was born in Academy and lived there for a while. In his 20's he married Marjorie Eunice Carney and they lived in the Stugis area. Marjorie contracted tetnus and she died in Bonesteel. Three months later he married Mary Wyatt in Butte. Guess it wasn't uncommon to go across the border for marraige.
