Seeking name of town and parent's names of Leaton SEELYE born ca 1886 either in South Dakota or North Dakota. His father was born in NY and his mother born in MO [Missouri]. Please see 3rd generation below for more details.

1st generation
Ambrose LOCKWOOD 69 b. NY [ca 1811], Cynthia 63 b. NY [ca 1817], Frank 26 b. NY [ca 1854], James 24 b. NY [1856], Adelbert 19 b. New York [ca 1861], per 1880 census in Butler, Wayne, NY.

James LOCKWOOD [1856-1937], m. 1882 Mary J. BENJAMIN [1859-1935] of Oneida Co., NY, and Galen, Wayne Co., NY. I have the 1900 Clyde Village, Galen Town, Wayne, NY census where he was a bicycle repairs.

Edith E. 42 [b. Mar 1887] NY NY NY
Mary A. 16 [b. ca 1914] NY NY NY [father's birth listed as NY is most likely a mistake- should be either N or S Dakota by the other censuses]. This is the 1930 census in Clyde, Wayne, NY.
