My mother was adopted at the age of 5 I believe. Her given name was Vail Noreen Kephart and she was adopted by a Claude Coon of Rapid City, South Dakota. She had an older brother whom was also adopted around the same time. She was born in 1929, January 3rd according to the records that she given. Because it was a closed adoption she could obtain no other information.
we are looking for anybody with any information or knowledge of her adoption or her biological brothers adoption.
She has no knowledge of where she was born, but believes it was probably in South Dakota or one of the neighboring states, but is not sure.
Please contact me if you have information that could help us find my mothers biological family.
