Grant, SD was in northern Brookings county. It was close to Estelline. I've included a link of SDGENWEB. Click on the the Southern portion of Dakota Territory. The 1908 map no longer has Grant listed.

Grant is very close to I-29 north of Brookings. You may also use the USGS mapping form to get additional information
