Kim- Where did you get the death date & place for Humphrey Scroggin, Sr.? We have always been told that he died in TN, not in GA. The Humphrey in 1812 in TN, may be him. His wife, Margaret Doggett, is said to have died 1814 in TN.
Do you have names of children of Margaret Scroggin & Benjamin Rice?
