James SCRIVINS in 1790 Census, Wayne Co., NC

Does anybody know anything about a James SCRIVINS who appears as head of household in the 1790 census for Wayne Co., NC?

In that census he is shown as having a male under age 16 and three females and one slave in his household

I have some evidence that he is connected to the nearby families with surnames PIKE, HINSON and DAWSON.
