William Scriven (born 1830 Thatcham, Berks) and Lucy had four children: William J. 1869; Lucy Dreweatt Scriven 1874; Gertrude Sarah 1875; Sidney R. 1878.
Lucy, his wife may have been Lucy Lawrence born circa 1837 Thatcham, Berks.
A Thomas Dreweatt(of North Heath, Chievely) married Mary Hazell/Scriven/Lawrence and their daughter was Lucy Dreweatt born 1785 Reading, Berks. Lucy married someone named Baster and in later life lived at Winnersh Lodge Grove, Hurst, Berks. She died there in 1867 aged 81 years.
On 7 September 1869 Letters of administration were given to Lucy Scriven wife of William Scriven, farmer of Thatcham, and Noah John Lawrence of 15 Regent Hill, Western Rd, Brighton, gentleman. (Born 1844 at Brighton and the son of Noah Lawrence.)Lucy Scriven and Noah John Lawrence were cousins germane (cousins of the first degree) and two of the next of kin of Lucy Baster nee Dreweatt.
