I am looking to find information on the parents of Wallace Scribner. Wallace was my grandfather. The only thing I know of his mother is that my Mother called her Mammy Sarah.
I don't know his father's name. I know he ran a store in Scribner's Mill and they had a homeplace in Scribner's Mill.
Wallace had a brother named Bill and a sister named Louise.
Louise married a man with the last name of Parrish I believe. Louise and her husband had a son they call A.J.
I believe Wallace's mother and father divorced. She died in the later 1970's and I don't know what her last name was when she died, but she had been living in Nashville.
Please send me any information you might have on this family.
Wallace married Ida Henrietta Clifford. They had three girls and divorced somewhere around 1935-1937. Wallace remarried a woman named Nora and he died in 1964 in Florida.
He is buried in Polk Memorial Gardens.
