Hi Alan-We need to go back further to make a connection with my family as my g-gf, John Scouller (B1827,Ayr, D.10.5.1892) arrived in Australia 13.6.1854 with g-gm Mary Ann Gordon (B.9.2.1821, D.8.2.1914) All children but one born in Aust.The 1841 census shows his m.Isabell Scouller (Nee Brodie B.1803 ) living at Cocklebie St Glasgow and the 1851 census at 26 Maitland St Glasgow. Give more details if poss. John Scouller.
