1910, Emanuel County, GA Census, Cowford District, Visit 41/41:
Rachel A. Scott, 50 widow; 8 children; 7 living, Jerry A. 20 single; Elizah V. 18 single son; Dora Belle 7 granddaughter; Joseph G. 4 grandson.
Could this is your Dora Belle? I know that Rachel Scott was m. to Daniel Zacharia Scott and they had 7 sons. Jerry A. and Elijah V. were single in 1910, so that eliminates them from being Dora Belle's father. The other sons were John, William P., Joseph, Warren Anthony, Wiley Clinton. Joseph seems the most likely father of Dora Belle because Dora had a brother named Joseph. Unfortunately, I do not have any information about Joseph.
