looking for any info on Alex Scott, father of William R Scott (b.1896-ish Halifax, NS) husband of Unice Reed of Newfoundland. I think he may have been born in the States, but not positve.
Willam shows up in Buffalo, marrying Edna Hoyt. He is listed on the 1920 US Census.
Any help would be appreciated.
