Looking for information on the Johnston(e) family. My great great grandmother, Margaret Johnston, was born in Hawick about 1825. Her grand parents were Charles Johnstone of Ludlow (b. 7/15/1736 & d. 5/8/1805) & Mary Beddoe (daughter of John Beddoe). They were married about 1778.
I don't have any information about Margaret's parents.
Any help is appreciated.
