Mary A. Borthwick and George W. Lord in Lowell, MA USA

I have information on a Mary A. Borthwick.
She was born in March 1862 (or perhaps 1863) and was the daughter of James Borthwick
and Kate (or Mary) McFarlin. She married George W. Lord on Feb. 2, 1886 in Lowell, Middlesex Co.,
MA, USA. She died Nov. 22, 1911 in Lowell, MA, USA and is probably buried at the Westlawn Cemetery, Lowell, MA, USA.
[It is not clear to me if Mary A. Borthwick's parents were in the United States.]

Mary says that she was born in England (census and death cert.);
and that her parents were born in Scotland.

In the records there are two spellings for her surname: Borthwick (marriage) and Bothwick (death).
I am guessing that Borthwick is probably the correct spelling, since Borthwick is associated with Scotland.

I have a lot of additional information on George W. Lord, but very little for Mary.
I would like to talk to anyone who might have more information on Mary A. Borthwick,
when she immigrated, or her parents.

Thank you in advance,
yours, David Bridge
