I wonder why BUCKLOW CHESHIRE. Liverpool or London seem more likely, given the circumstances.

Also the age difference in the Census below.

The scanned IMAGE shows him to be "Dentist" and "Own Agent".

====================

There is a Kathleen Kealy Death in Scotland, 1960, born about 1877.

Too many Weir Births in Scotland to check readily, 1909 to 1930.

I suggest that you check the IMAGE of that Kathleen Kealy Death (if available on-line) or obtain a copy from Register House Edinburgh.

The Informant may be a child of the couple etc.

====================================

Assuming he was a fully qualified Dentist, continuing in that line, dying aged about 50, you may find more about his professional life from such associations.

As he died in Glasgow, also try the Mitchell Reference Library in Scotland-
