Smith- Bayne- Livingston

I have a 24/25 marker match with both a Bayne and Livingston descendent.Their earliest ancestors are Matthew Bayne b 1681 Dingwall and Duncan Livingston b 1775? near Aberdeen. DNA shows my early Smith ancestors are from primarily Scotland. Any help appreciated.
