Morning Mel

Keep on mind that prior to 1855, it was normally the Baptism recorded in the Church Parish Register, if at all.

The Birth Date may or may not be included on the Baptismal entry; and with one family I encountered, about six children were baptised simultaneously, the oldest from other sources (probably Census) being about 14 at the time.

So without those other sources, it could have been the Baptism/s of sextuplets!

Alex
