This is at best a very long shot but the closest name I can see is through the "H" of his second name, which may have been "Haig" rather than "Haire", as the Haig family is prominent in the Border Counties of Scotland and rather like a clan. There is an Isaac Haig b 1804 in Mertoun, County of Berwick, South of Edinburgh, who would fit this picture. I can find nothing on McDiarmid's, etc. I found no death record in Scotland for this Isaac Haig post-1855, which suggests he either died pre-1855 (quite possible), for which period there are vitually no death records, or he emigrated. In checking births in Mertoun, Berwick, between 1800-1810, there are 5 listed, which could offer possibilities to find other members of this same family.

As I say...a long shot...but might be worth a try!!!
