Update:
I contacted the booksellers on Amazon to get more information regarding the publication dates, etc of the books for sale there, and to date I've not received any replies. However, I was able to find a copy at Guelph University in Ontario, Canada and one at the Denver Public Library in the USA. There are several copies in the United Kingdom in various record repositories, however, distance prevents me from accessing those ones. I hope to get copies through Inter-Library loan in the near future.
