If you go to Scotland's People, you will find a Scanned IMAGE of the original Banns or Marriage in the OPR section, the date given being 16th DECEMBER 1757 in Wiston etc.
www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
There may or may NOT be more information on that record, or elsewhere on the page.
The only way to find out is to VIEW that IMAGE.
=============================
There are several CALLEN Baptisms or Births on Wiston from 1700 to 1757(!); but the only named Katherine is 1702, rather early-
www.familysearch.org
Katherine Callan
Scotland, Births and Baptisms, 1564-1950
christening: 06 Sep 1702 ,? WISTON AND ROBERTON,? LANARK,? SCOTLAND
residence:Wiston and Roberton,? Lanarkshire,? Scotland
parents: John Callan
================
There is an unnamed Baptism or Birth in 1724, as being more likely-
Callen
Scotland, Births and Baptisms, 1564-1950
christening:1724 ,? WANDELL AND LAMINGTON,? LANARK,? SCOTLAND
There is a Thomas Callen banns/Marriage in 1717 Lanarkshire - BUT the Bride's name is not given on the transcript.
Again, it may be worth pursuing those leads on Scotland's People to VIEW the IMAGEs, as occasionally some names are accidentally omitted.
=============================
The last name of CALLEN occurs relatively frequently in Lanarkshire in that period.
