Morning Tim
It is very unlikely that there is a Death Record for Elizabeth, as basically very, very few were recorded in the OPR period before 1855.
Check the OPR Death section and also Wills on Scotland's People.
Occasionally, a Death can be implied by there being an entry for the "Renting of the Mortcloth".
Otherwise you would have to search private family records, headstones, newspapers etc - but most of these will be for the "great and the good".
Also due to a basic tenet of the LDS (Mormons), Deaths were not included in the OPR TRanscription, now known as (part of) the IGI, International Genealogical Index, compiled by the LDS in the early 1980s.
================================
The regular and consistent recording of Deaths only started on 1st January 1855, with the introduction of Statutory Registration in Scotland, the system that continues today.
The corresponding transition in England & Wales was 1st July 1837.
===============================
So generally, it is not that the Record is "MISSING", the likelihood is that such a record "NEVER EXISTED".
