Afternoon Debra
The only mention of William Ogg that I can find on the web, is a Submission on the LDS Family Search site-

If you look at the Details of that result, you will find the Name and Address of the lady who submitted the information.
She should be able to tell you the source/s, probably private family papers or other unpublished documents.
==============================
"Tae mak siccar", I have checked on Scotland's People, run on behalf of the Registrar General of Scotland; and there are no results conforming to the simple "William Ogg", 1670 etc.
However, there is a male OGG (Fuzzy Matching" born in 1672, Thurso Caithness, which you would have to VIEW at least the Search Index results to see the transcribed First Name etc.
The original document in the OPR series (Old Parish Registers) will have been scanned, producing an IMAGE which is available to VIEW and Download to your PC.
That original record MAY or may NOT have more information, such as father/parents/mother etc - bur NO GUARANTEEs.
The only way to find out is to VIEW the scanned IMAGE.
