Hi Tom,
I looked for her under both Jean and Jane as my g-grandmother used both names during her lifetime.
This looks like her

** I guess Clackre is short for Clackmannanshire ?

I looked for Jean and George in 1911 census so I could find what hear she immigrated. I think I may have found them but she is listed as Jessie B. in index but in the image it certainly could be Jean
1911 CRANBROOK, KOOTENAY, BAKER ESTATE, B.C.
NIBLOCK
George age 28, tailor, born Dec. 1882, U.S.A.
Jessie B., age 23, wife, born Feb. 1888, Scotland
neither one of them shows an immigration year
Do you know what year Jean came to Canada? Did she come alone?
I found a family tree which shows Samuel Cramb (Jean's brother) coming to Canada in 1911 and it says he lived with his brother James and family in Nanaimo. It also shows mother Ann as Ann Bernard so that would be where Jean got her middle name.
Another tree I found shows John Cram born about 1848 Clackmannan, married Ann Bernard Nov. 4, 1871 Clackmannanshire
They show source as scotlandspeople.gov
They show his parents as James Cram and Janet Cadgen which I suspect they got from the marriage record.
Here are James and Samuel in 1911 Nanaimo
1911 NANAIMO, NANAIMO, B.C.
DAVIDSOMAN ST.
CRAMB
James, age 36, miner, born Oct. 1874 Scotland, immigrated 1909
Marrion, age 31, wife, born Nov. 1879 Scotland, immigrated 1911
Elizabeth, age 9, daughter, born June 1901, Scotland, immigrated 1911
John, age 8, son, born Dec. 1902, Scotland, immigrated 1911
Samuel, age 6, son, born Oct. 1904 Scotland, immigrated 1911
James, age 4, son, born Oct. 1906, Scotland, immigrated 1911
William, age 2, son, born March 1909, Scotland, immigrated 1911
Andrew, age 2/12 son, born April 1911 Canada
Samuel, age 21, brother, miner, born Sept. 1889, Scotland, immigrated 1911

I would suggest you go to scotlandspeople.gov and look for Jean/jane 's birth under both of those first names and under years 1888 and 1889.It shouldn't be hard to find.
