From the dating of the Baptisms/Births above, this seems likely to be the Banns/Marriage of the couple.
I have seen Patrick and Peter being used interchangeably in that era-

You should be able to find Scanned IMAGEs of the Original OPR Records available to VIEW and Download to your PC, on Scotland's People, run on behalf of the Registrar General of Scotland-
www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
Being in the earlier OPR Series, the amount of additional informetion is variable; and tends to be minimal.
The only way to find out is to VIEW them, at a cost of about UKĀ£1.50, say US$2.25 each.

Your suggestion that Peter's Birth was about 1767, whilst possible, does make him rather elderly at the Births of his family.
There is a fair chance that Jean survived to appear in the 1841 Census on SP and possibly later.
If she survived until 1855 or later, her Death should be in the post-1855 SR Series on Scotland's People; and if she did die in that later period, the Death Record will normally contain a fair amount of information, so well worth VIEWing etc.
Similar comment applies to Peter/Patrick.

If this is the same Jean Robertson, then she appears to be rather elderly to have children in the 1820s-

There are several Patrick McLaren Births in Perthshire with several in Logierait in the period 1786 to 1806.
Similar for Peter Mclaren Births; but none in Logierait, two in Logie.
Similar for Thomas McLaren, with several in Logierait.
Amazing how many Jean Robertson Births over the same period; but you should concentrate on those born from 1790 to 1805 roughly, to take account of probable child-bearing age for the 1820 Births.
====================================
Look for naming patterns, although can not be guaranteed.
You have a fair bit of work to sort them out, so I suggest you first trying finding Jean McLaren and (some of) her children in the 1841 Census, to get a more accurate idea of her age.
That aspect is further confused in that for those over 15, the Census Age was rounded up to the next figure divisible by 5 officiallly, although many entries have the conventional age.
The rounding up would make someone conventionally aged 21, appears as being 25.
The later ages are all conventional ages, IF she survived to 1851 etc.
Assuming her children stayed in Scotland, you may find Marriage and Death records for them on SP.
