Hi William,

The reason I asked if it is an unbroken list is this. There are 154 generations on your ancestral list. Even exagerrating the parents ages to 50, this only takes the list back 7700 years from James.

The first evidence of man in Scotland goes back 12 thousand years, and in other parts of the world goes back much further.

Or have I got my figures wrong ?
