Can anyone help me trace Daniel McGowan's parents or siblings please? Daniel was born at Rossinver, Ireland (not far from Sligo) in 1837. He emigrated to Scotland at the age of 10 (presumably with parents), married Jane Anderson of Lanarkshire in 1861. They emigrated to New Zealand in 1863 from England on the "Harwood", had 12 children and are both buried at Mataura, South Island, New Zealand.
