Before anyone would be able to help you, you'll need to establish at least an approximate birth year for Isabell / Isabelle Campbell. That is a very, very common name in both England and Scotland and in the world.
Did she die in Kingston? Have you looked for her birth and death dates in a death notice, an obituary? Are there any cemetery/funeral/burial records of her in Kingston - at an archive or library? Have you researched any parish or church records re. her in Kingston? Was her birthplace mentioned on any of her children's death records/certificates? When did she leave England for Jamaica? You'll need to start with what you can find out there and then work your way back with facts.
