Does anyone have additional information on Robert Crawford, who immigrated to Pennsylvania from Scotland or Northern Ireland about 1728 as an old man with five grown sons--Robert, William, James, John, and Hugh? I've seen a copy of William's will (1761, Drumore Township, Lancaster County), and I've read that Hugh became an Indian trader. I've also seen somewhere that Robert Sr.'s wife, who had evidently died before he came to America, was Mary Shaw. Does anyone have a source for this last piece of information? Or does anyone have information about earlier members of this family?
