Allan Orr Coulter (b.1822 in Ireland) or Jane Earl/Earle

Does anyone have any information about Allan Orr Coulter's parent's or family. He was born 01 Mar 1822 in Tyrone Parish, Tyrone Co., Ireland and died 31 Oct 1893 in Warren, Warren Co., PA. He was married to Jane Earl/Earle born 1826 in Scotland and died 15 Jan 1898 in New Castle, Pennsylvania.
I have all their children and my line comes from their daughter Jane Coulter, born 1862 in Cambusnethan, Lanark Co., Scotland and died 1938 New Castle, PA. Jane Coulter married William McGary, born 1858 and died 1931 in Pennsylvania.
