Again, I am looking for individuals in the McDonald family. Because I am not sure that my ancestor is on his own or with his family at this point, I will give you one name, a few possible areas and his family names to see where he may me. The individual is Donald/Daniel McDonald. He would be abt 20-23. He goes by either name at various times in his life. On his marriage license in 1864 he lists his previous residence as West Mains of Kincaldrum in the Parish of Inverarity. ( I have seen this spelled Invereighty as well) . So he may be there in 1861. However his family was previously in Glammis area. I understand both of these locations are in Forfarshire County now Angus. He may be there with others . His father Peter would be abt 49-51 and is for sure alive according to the 1864 marriage certificate. Others may include Margaret , abt 42 his mother, brothers Alexander abt 20-21, Peter abt 19, James abt 18,David abt 15, Andrew abt 11-12 , John abt 11 or under, Robt abt 9,William abt 6, and Stewart abt 2.If you have an index to the whole area and it is easy to look for names in all of Forfarshire/Angus County, can you look in other areas if the Inverarity or Glammis search does not show them? If not I am grateful for any lookups on this family. Thanks Jules
