Dear Diane

Thank you for such a quick reply to my message.

I've had a quick look at your site and put it on my Genealogy favorites!

How on earth did you get so far back with your ancestors?? I thought I was doing quite well with 1750 but 900 is amazing!!

My MacKenzie ancestor that I have upto now is Colina MacKENZIE b.1854 in the Outer Hebrides and she married William DAVIDSON who also was from the Outer Hebrides (Stornoway). They had two daughters: Georgina McLaren DAVIDSON b.1877 in Scotland and Catherine Hood MacKenzie DAVIDSON b.1880 in Liverpool (my great-grandmother).

Any extra info would be appreciated.

Thanks again.
